…I would apologise for all beverages being virtual (again) mentioning the irony that Christine Miserandino’s Spoon Theory was conceived in a cafe.
I would then tell you that I woke up with a spoon deficit on Wednesday and had been trying to claw back some of that energy ever since.
Once that was established I would have to say that I needed to return to bed for a couple of hours and that I would hope to see you, outside of the confines of my home, next weekend.
But you would already understand just how slim a possibility that will be…
